"no". that should be an easy word for everyone, just say "no", but why can't I say it? I can't say no to anything, no matter how mad I am about something or how much it would hurt me, I can't say "No, I don't want you to make out with him" to sister, I can't say "No, I don't want to help moving the trampoline because my throat fuckin hurts" I can't say it. But I think I should start to say it, because people are using me since I can't say No and I just don't wanna give in everytime anymore
